Vegan Maple-Cinnamon Cream Cheese


This is a really easy recipe that is delicious on warm bread for a slightly sweet treat. It only takes seconds to make, but is a big hit each time I make it. You could easily use regular cream cheese or even mascarpone if you want a richer spread.
Vegan Maple-Cinnamon Cream Cheese 1/4 cup vegan cream cheese at room temperature 1 tbs. pure maple syrup 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Slowly mix all ingredients together in a small bowl with a spatula until mixture is smooth and free of lumps. Spread on bread or scones and enjoy!
